Milan Gay Guide

Milan happens to be the fashion center of Italy and queer people are established to appreciate the beauty that comes from fashion and design. The majority of the locals are pretty open-minded, though discreet action is always safer. The destination is good for both couples and singles, as there are lots of things to do as a couple and lots of place to meet other gay singles. The gay locals are active around the city and appreciate visiting the bars and clubs. They also use apps like Tinder and Grindr if you'd prefer. The leading time to attend Milan is April to May or September to October to avoid apex tourism season and the summer scorching heat. If you are searching for an accommodation to reside in Milan, examine out our distinct Hotel Collections!

About Milan and its gay life

It is located in the Po Valley and is therefore characterized by a mild Mediterranean climate with warm summers and moderately icy winters.

Founded BC by the Celts, Milan was subdued by the Romans in BC and repeatedly plundered and destroyed during the Barbarian Invasions. From on Milan belonged to the Frankish Empire. Pride month is approaching fast! To honour this event and to celebrate diversity in my hometown, I would love to contribute this guide to homosexual Milan, written in collaboration with two LGBT friends.

&#;What are you doing Margherita! You&#;re not gay, why are you writing a guide to Gay Milan?&#; Before reading any further, I would like to clarify that this mentor was written together with two friends of mine who belong to the LGBT community in Milan, but who would rather not be named because of fear of bullying and discrimination in their workplace.

And this is why sharing guides of LGBT-friendly places is so significant &#; you may observe Milan as an unlock, friendly, diverse city, but the truth is that discrimination is present more than ever, and LGBT individuals face hatred and abuse on a daily basis.I identify as a straight ally, and I am horrified by the idea that people are being discriminated on the basis of gender and sexual preferences &#; this is why I decided to put together this gay Milan guide, to provide a list of safe spaces for LGBT individuals.
